Shipping Information:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. We build most grips to order due to our extensive options of color and configuration. Orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, Priorty Mail or Express Mail depending on the service sellected at checkout. Please call us for other shipping options.
Custom orders and orders requiring special production may take longer and information regarding the production and shipping time will be included with the quote.
Note about International Shipping:
As of January 1, 2012, RAASCO Grips no longer ships Internationally.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not happy with your grips for any reason, return the grips within 15 days and we will refund your purchase price less shipping. There is a 20% restocking charge for any grips that have been custom cut (e.g. ambi safety cut on exotic hardwood grips, cut for low safety lever, etc.) This 15 day return policy does not apply to full custom orders or to dealer volume sales.
