Shipping - How do I get my Grips

At RAASCO Grips, we want to make your ordering (and shipping) as easy as possible.

What do we charge for orders under $75.00?
For U.S. orders under $75.00, we strive only to recover actual shipping costs. As weight does not vary greatly, we charge $4.50 for standard USPS First Class Mail delivery. This service includes delivery confirmation and tracking. This method of shipping does not include insurance. While the USPS is very reliable, RAASCO cannot be responsible for packages lost with this shipping method.

How does the Free Shipping on orders over $75 work?
For orders over $75, we provide free shipping, usually by USPS First Class Mail. This includes delivery confirmation and tracking but does not include insurance. Again, RAASCO cannot be responsible for packages lost with this shipping method.

Do you charge handling fees?
No.

How will you ship my order?
You simply select the method you would like your order delivered during checkout. Once we have built your grips, we will ship by this method. For orders over $75 that select free shipping, your order will likely be shipped by USPS First Class Mail.

How fast will you ship my order?
RAASCO Grips typically builds most grips to order. We carry a small inventory but as we have over 1,500 variations and combinations of grip options, we can't maintain an inventory of all the grips we sell. The website shows the typical time that it takes from the time you order until your grips are shipped. Most items show 5 to 7 business days as the time required to get your grips built and shipped. A few grips have longer times due to manufacturing considerations.

Can I get my order faster?
We currently do not have an expedited process for building grips. You can choose a faster method of shipping but the manufacturing time will remain the same.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes we ship to most countries by USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping charges on this are a flat rate of $19.95. Tracking and delivery confirmation are not available on this service. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination. RAASCO cannot be responsible for packages lots or destroyed on international orders. Receiving parties are responsible for all Customs, Duties, Taxes, etc. for grips shipped internationally.
